What is your return policy?+
We offer a 10-day return policy on all non-clearance items bought off our showroom floor. Within those 10 days, we'll offer a full refund as long as the item is in new condition. All special orders are considered final sale.

Yes — many of our upholstery brands let you choose your own fabric or leather, frame style, and configuration. Ask a sales associate in-store to walk through your options.

We keep manufacturer warranty and care documents on file for our major brands (Diamond Mattress, IMG Comfort, Omnia Leather, Rowe/Robin Bruce, Simply Amish, Whitewood/John Thomas, Whittier Wood, and more).
